You’ll rotate across three recently refreshed venues: Leichhardt Hotel (is back and bigger than ever), Berserker Tavern (revitalised with a modern, family-friendly feel), and The Strand in Yeppoon (a coastal gem with a refreshed dining experience). The Role As a Tournant Chef, you’ll be the adaptable all-rounder – confident across every section, stepping in where needed, and ensuring quality remains high no matter the venue.
